Summer is in full swing and Andy is ready to give you fresh grilling ideas and recipes. Grilling can be simple but knowing some easy techniques will ensure a well-done meal. The menu includes:
- Poorman steak: 8 oz. steak pressed and filled with onions and red pepper then rolled and wrapped in bacon.
- Portabella grilled veggie burger: spiced portabella mushrooms grilled with red onions and olive oil, then topped with cream cheese.
- Marinated grilled flank steak with teriyaki and red wine.
- Easy grilled potatoes: sliced potatoes grilled in a foil pack with seasoning and butter.
- Sweet and spicy vegetable kabobs: a sweet chili glaze basted over vegetable kabobs of yellow squash, zucchini, red pepper, red onions, green pepper, and mushrooms.
