Andy's extensive culinary knowledge, love of food and great sense of humor make his classes an unforgettable experience. Wine pairing samples will accompany the following menu:

- Coulis de Tomates (Fresh Tomato Sauce)
- Seared Duck
- Bordeaux Wine Sauce
- Beef in Sauce Échalote (Shallot Sauce)
- Ratatouille
- Soufflé au Citron (Lemon Soufflé)
