Well-known chefs Paul and Pam Sturkey featured a premium house dressing (Creamy Balsamic Vinaigrette) in their Cincinnati restaurants. The dressing garnished so much acclaim that guests were bringing their own containers to purchase the dressing for home use. In 2002, the Sturkey’s decided to launch their own product line and have been quite successful.

In 2009, the Sturkey’s introduced two new dressings to their line- a Creamy Caesar and Herb Ranch. “The Caesar really tastes like Caesar -- it is truly delicious and very versatile, we even have created a Creamy Caesar cream sauce that compliments grilled fish, shrimp and steaks and lamb Chops”- says Chef Paul.

“The Sturkey’s Herb Ranch, was our spin on the ever popular ranch dressing” - says Chef Pam. “We wanted to incorporate herbs and pepper so that the dressing could distance itself from traditional ranch dressings and lend itself to more uses than just tossing with salad greens and dipping Buffalo wings.”
