Mike grew up in Ireland and received his Culinary Arts Degree and Hotel and Restaurant Management Degree there. Mike has been teaching cooking classes in the Billings area for 15 years and is eager to teach you his traditional Irish dishes! No corned beef and cabbage here – experience the true, rich Irish flavors of this healthy menu. Beer samples from Montana Brewing Company will accompany the following menu:
o Cured Salmon on Potato Boxty (traditional Irish potato pancake) with a Chive Crème Fraiche
o Cured Irish Ham with Colcannon, Root Vegetable Mix and Onion Parsley Sauce
o Bread and Butter Pudding with Jameson Crème Anglaise (basic vanilla custard sauce)
o Traditional Irish Coffee
