Greek dishes mostly comprise of fresh vegetables and fruits and is often consumed with bread and olive oil. Join Eric for a delightful culinary excursion of traditional Greek cuisine. Wine pairing samples will accompany the following menu:
 
o Shrimp & Caper Salad
o Horiatiki Salad (traditional Greek salad)
o Spanakopita (spinach pastry)
o Lamb Fricassee
o Lamb Skewers
o Cucumber Dip with Tomato Croquettes
